Team task

Visualize

The VERO team was tasked with creating an immersive digital experience portraying an unbuilt, one-of-one project that was unique in every sense.

Experience

Giving the developer the assets that would adequately communicate the unique innovation of their project to that target audience before its actualization was the challenge. Over the six years of the project's development, the scope of work and its complexity grew, along with the development of the project’s design and construction.

Solutions

In the initial stages, the client’s focus was simply the visualization of the architectural project. As the project grew, so did its needs. A promo video was requested, as well as animation work. Subsequently, after much discussion and brainstorming, an AR and VR application was also agreed upon.

The client’s enthusiasm and open-mindedness, coupled with the VERO R&D Department’s ingenuit, gave rise to the development of an Innovative touch screen solution, tightly integrated with the client’s CRM system.

Still images

In visualizing this one-of-a-kind building, it was of utmost importance to faithfully depict the real-life grandeur of the structure and how it fit in with the city landscape.

The authenticity of visualization lies within the small details. The team there for invested time studying the local flora and fauna in order to accurately model the surroundings. In the resultant renders, the greenery shows real local plants and materials, carefully placed around the landscape and the architecture. It is this attention to detail that lends credibility to the images, making them all the more compelling and giving potential tenants an accurate depiction of their future spaces.

The rich variety of greenery

Greenery is a big and important part of the Valley project philosophy. Plants should become a solid part of exterior and interior design in reality. That is why it was an important task to make a very accurate visualization of greenery which will be used for the building. We managed to reach it! When it comes to visualizing interiors, often the focus is not so much on the interiors themselves, but on other indirect benefits of the building. This is what evokes emotions and desire to live here. Just look at this sunset and herbs on the terrace! This is what makes that spark in a buyer's heart. Touch screen

The Valley Project showpiece was the unique interactive solution built on the Unreal Engine platform. It combined all the required digital tools into one integrated solution that included an apartment finder with multiple filters, integration with the clients CRM system, virtual tours, an interior design configurator, a gallery, and flexible user interaction with all the 3D elements in the building.

Surrounding areas integrated

The building's model itself was integrated into a detailed map of the area, complete with an accurate depiction of the sun's position in real time. Much of the location's landscape was hand-modeled, with meticulous attention to detail. This can be seen even from a bird's-eye view, the photorealism of all the surrounding areas, with detailed depictions of the entire infrastructure not only of the building itself, but also of adjoining areas of the city.
